Joseph is knowledgeable, responsive, and has high integrity. I've bought two houses with Joseph in the last 2 months - my first rental property in Licton Springs and a smaller home a block from Tangletown that we'll use to build our new family home. Joseph is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to evaluating income and development potential of rental properties. We were the only offer and were able to close under the asking price despite the hot market. Now 2 months later, I have great cash flow and plans to double the income from the property with some minor development projects over the next two years. Even after the sale, Joseph is still being helpful by sharing lease documents, contractors, and advertising services he uses with his own properties. Joseph is very responsive (he says 24/7), and he always alerted us to newly available properties the same day they listed, which was very important in our Tangletown purchase. He also advises on the offer terms, and has a very accurate sense of the final sales price in this crazy time of multiple offers and escalations when hot properties list and sell in 3-7 days. We were in a competitive situation with the second home and we won the property just $5K above the the second best offer. I would recommend Joseph for anywhere in North Seattle and probably Capitol Hill, Montlake, and Queen Anne too.

Joseph has high integrity to his customers, he is very logical and with his experience and common sense and he will make sure that you are not going to make the wrong decision. We were very lucky to connect with Joseph on a recent trip to Seattle. We were in town to find an apartment for our daughter who will be moving there in January.
